Turbofire - 5 day inferno plan

Ok, I just started Turbofire 2 days ago, and today was the first day I 'finished' one of the workouts. I realized I couldn't do the regular schedule yet so I started the prep schedule today, however, I was doing the 5 day inferno plan..

I'm wondering - is there not enough calories in this plan to do all the time?? I've continued the inferno plan even though I'm not doing the same workouts.. and sometimes I don't eat the recommended food because I either don't feel that hungry, or don't like that particular item.

Example: I don't do shakeology for a snack because it fills me up and I feel guilty about having dinner - so instead of having the salmon (which I don't like fish...) I had the shakeology for dinner.

Is this ok??
