I've been doing it barefoot, I actually forgot to wear shoes the first time I did it and it just kinda stuck.0

I always workout barefoot. I've never had a problem. But I also spend a lot of time barefoot. All summer I walk around barefoot if I can (like when I'm at a friends' farm) so I don't have any problems being barefoot and find I feel more comfortable this way.0

I do everything barefoot that I can. I do wear trainers for the treadmill and for my skipping rope...but otherwise...barefoot for all.0
