I kinda fell off the boat but am looking to get back on. Partly, because it's the new year and partly because I have had it with not feeling good about myself. I am coming back and committed to doing it this time. I have made a few small goals for myself, first I want to eat some kind of fruit or veggie everyday. I am going to start eating breakfast, and I am going to continue to cut down on the amount of pop that I am drinking.
I am looking for friends, so add me if you want some encouragement.
