The Sassie Scramble

This is an easy breakfast, lunch or dinner.......I call it The Sassie Scamble..

1 Jimmy Dean Turkey Breakfast Patties = 60 cals
2 regular green pepper slices chopped = do the math...very lil
2 mushrooms chopped= do it again...almost nothin
2 slices of Tomatoe=and again
(onions chopped- optional)
1 large grade AA Eggs = 70 cals
.5 oz shredded cheddar cheese - 55 cals
splash of fat free milk for fluffiness - almost nothing.......
Season to desired taste

Heat the Jimmy Dean Sausage in microwave or in your skillet, take out and chop.......then add chopped sausage to the egg mixture.

Throw all the above stuff in one bowl (not the cheese yet.....thats last) start whippin.......once its all in and mixed, pour into nice hot skillet and start scramblin........once cooked to desire add cheese........

Total cals I calculated were 290 calories.......and yummy...I usually add another egg if its breakfast or lunch, and you can subsitute with eggbeaters or just egg whites if you like.

    Nah, just have fun with it.....oh 1 thing I didn't mention is adding fat free chili beans......for an added zing for dinner............

    That one is good too!

    that looks good...

    talk about habits....from my Dad...if I see scrambled eggs I automatically look for the bottle of tabasco...not a far look...I use alot of tabasco everywhere....gets things REAL Sassie!!

    Yep, alot of tabasco used in this house too, also huy fong chili sauce.


    Sass - I feel like we're making breakfast together!!! I do the same and even the sausage!
