Hi to all! I'm new to MFP and looking for others who are trying to change their eating habits and become more active. I had successfully lost about 40 lbs, but caved in to several stressful situations this past year (especially the 2nd 1/2), and have gained about 30 of it back.

I think MFP will be a big help, especially with keeping track of my food. I'm often away from home and don't always remember to enter foods I've eaten while away. The mobile app for MFP will eliminate that problem!
