Has anyone read Tom Venuto's "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" E-Book? Is it worth buying it?

I have it on my kindle. It's very good. Nothing in there I have any disagreement with at all. I would certainly recommend it!0

You can download it for a trial time of 21 days for only $5. That is what I did to try it out. I found it wasn't for me as I couldn't get in all the exercise also it was hard to get 5 or 6 meals in a day when I was at work.0

I do the 6 small meals a day usually and exercise 5 to 7 days a week so i think i may buy it if its only $5 for a trial.0

Get the book, follow it and use MFP to track your daily caloiric intake and exercises. I have been using for 3 months and lost 30 pounds. With at least 3-4 weeks of failure eating and excercising due to the holidays.0
