I need help.

Been off track for about a month now - surprisingly have not gained anything on the scale, but I think that I visibly look puffier.

I keep telling myself I will get back on track, but I really don't even remember how to do that. It started with final exams week where I obviously didn't cook for myself, and it just spiraled out of control.

Now that I am home for break, that makes it more difficult, especially since it is stressful here.

I need help since I can't seem to get back on track.... I seem to be eating because of emotions or out of boredom. Worse of it all, is that I don't seem to care enough to do something about it.

    I get like that some times too. You have to remember why you want to lose weight and force yourself to work towards it. I struggle with diet/exercise everyday.
