I'm new here as well. I'm 34 and looking to lose 15-20 pounds. I never really had any problem with my weight until about 4 years ago after my second child was born. Between that, working full time and going to school 3/4 time, the weight just crept in. In the last 2 years especially I have noticed that I just can't eat what I want to any more. Additionally, I suffer from depression (something I am very outspoken about) and that hasn't helped with the binge eating (while the meds help with the mood they wreak havoc on the waist line).

I'm 5'3" (just) and at my heaviest was pushing 140. While that may not seem like a huge deal to some, less then 6 years ago I weighted about 100 pounds (which was under weight for my frame). I'd like to be able to get back into some of my old clothes and have the body that I used to. I'm here every day (several times a day) and I am committed to getting back in shape. I'm doing this and just ordered a new set of exercise DVDs as well. Certainly looking for friends on here that are in the same boat, so feel free to add me.

It's nice knowing that I'm not going through this alone :)
