It is time to plan a garden.
I haven't had one for a few years. I'd like to grow some heirloom type vegetables and will need to order some seeds.
Can I please get some suggestions from all you out there and recommendations for seed catalogs.
I have a very short growing season here so want to get a jump start on planning.

Thanks in advance:smile:

there are a couple of good heirloom seed sites and your local natural food store may be a good choice. Heirlooms can sometimes need a bit more looking after so if you have short growing season then start them early in the house but either keep them in a sunny window or invest in a fluorescent fixture to give them enough light to not be spindly. That is probably the biggest failure for early starters, not enough light.
