YIKES! the Sodium Content!
After church today, I was in a rush to get lunch ready for my guests and made a couple of boxes of Rice A Roni that I had left over in my cabinet from my "before I got so obsessed with nutrition and calorie days"
After lunch and my guests had left, I dug out the ole Rice A Roni box and sat down at my computer to input the damage to my Food Diary and was extreemly HORRIFIED to find that the particular type I used has 1,020 mg of Sodium which is 42% of what your daily intake should be!
YIKES!
I thought that others would benefit from knowing this info too!
