Hello :)

I came across an advert for 10 minute workout by Tony Horton and I thought it looked pretty good. I like the idea of the 10 min sessions.

Just wondering if anyone has used this and what you thought about it? It is a bit pricey but would be willing to get it if it could prove to be successful.

Thanks :)

The 10 minute workout is great for those people that dont have alot of time. My wife is a stay at home mom and she loves it b/c while the little one is napping she can get a great burn. I also use it when I dont have time for the P90X routines.

    Boncharlie,

There are some really great online (FREE) workouts that are short on (I think) bodyrock.tv. I can find the link when I'm home.

All you need is an interval app on your phone (free) and sometimes you have to substitute on their workouts (for example, a dumbell for a kettleball).

I think it's hard to get a good workout in 10 minutes (it takes a bit to get your heartrate up), but if you are looking for cheap, I recommend trying these.

    Best,

    Debbie
