Need Suggestions For Exercise While Resting Injured Leg

OK I am sure this has been asked before, but I am nursing an injured calf. Everything I've read says I need to rest it until there's no more pain, which I am guessing could be a week or so. Even walking probably isn't a good option at this point. I don't have a gym membership and it's winter here, so swimming is out. Without a gym full of equipment, what can I be doing? I am thinking some strength training DVDs and yoga...but both are low calorie burns. Anyone have any suggestions?

What about upper body work? You could sit and do shadow boxing, or even stand if your leg will take it....sorry you're injured though :indifferent:0
