3rd time doing this - need support please :)

Happy New yr!

Last year I fell off the wagon 3 times but this time I hope to make it last..... Looking for anyone who will help motivate me and vice versa!!! I am at my heaviest yet and hope to lose 10 kilos this year! Most of all I want to get fit and excercise as much as possible!

This year I will try my very best to cook on a daily basis and cut down on restaurants and pre-made junk food.

I have very high cholesterol so anyone who has the same problem please add me - we can do it!
