When I eat grapefruit, oranges and bananas in a day my sugar is already over it's limit. I am allergic to Apples, peaches, plums and cherries. Suggestions on sugar intake?

I am over on sugar Every Single Day. It's all from fruit and not added sugar, I think that is the key. As long as you keep your added sugar intake to a minimum, I wouldn't worry too much about the sugar that comes from a couple of pieces of fruit every day. Fruit should be a part of a healthy diet, even if it puts you "over" on your sugar intake.0
