I make a fat coffee but I'm a ketogenic dieter. I eat high fat to control blood sugar and lose weight.
1 oz melted coconut oil
4oz strong coffee
1 tsp coco powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbs half n half or heavy whipping cream
1 sweet n low or more to taste
Add coco and cinnamon to melted coconut oil, add sweetner, blend or whisk ( I use small battery operated whisk) add coffee and cream and reheat in microwave to desired temperature. Whisk again and my chocolate fix is in for the entire day...
