    Weekly goal= 3000 (just for this week: 500 cals x 6 days)
    Monday: nothing (didn't know about the challenge...and had a lazy/rainy day!)
    Tuesday: 644 (swift walking for about an hour--most of the cals, followed by about an hour or so of shopping)
    Wednesday: 854 (95 minutes of brisk walking)
    Thursday: 379 (50 minutes walking, at a slower pace than yesterday due to the snow :P)
    Friday: 200 (walking and working)
    Saturday: 248 (walking and climbing stairs)
    Sunday: 797 (long walk plus an hour of cooking/food prep)

    Left to go: I burned an extra 122 calories! Woo hoo!
