I am Virginia. I am hoping to lose a significant amount of weight before getting pregnant with our second child - I should have started this months ago, and I've certainly tried, but I didn't know where to begin so I just didn't. Bad decision! My biggest issues are portion control, junk food, eating from stress, eating at night, and forcing myself to not eat everything on my plate if I am full (psychologically...it causes me anxiety to leave anything on there because I grew up hearing about the "starving children in China", but I'm working on it!) I've also stopped allowing junk food into the house, and I am working towards getting away from overly processed foods for our whole family. I'd love to make some friends here to keep me motivated!
