Hi everyone, I have been using a different site for 4 years now to track my foods but it did not have an administrator and nothing has been added to it in many years so I felt it was time for an upgrade. I did lose weight by journaling my food and exercise, it held me accountable for what I was doing to myself. I have learned a lot about calories and how important a role exercise is to losing weight and feeling healthy! I am not overweight, I only have about 10 lbs to lose so for me this isn't about that as much is it about feeling good and being as healthy as I can. I exercise 3-4 days a week, cardio and yoga and some weight lifting. I started to really kick it into high gear when I turned 40 and that was 2 years ago. I feel wonderful and now I just need to get a little more off the middle and maintain that! Wish everyone much luck!
