Hi, My name is Amy, I have always struggled with wanting/craving Fast Food, it is one of my biggest weaknesses. I have done a lot better the best 6 months, but I haven't gone a single 2 week period without getting some type of fast food. I figured it would be a great way to start of this New Year with a Fast Food Challenge! So I will not have any fast food for the entire month of January! Who is with me one this??? I would love some support!!! Thanks!

    the salad probably does count if it has fried chicken lol

    If you get it at a Fast Food Restaurant, and is Food, then it counts! :)

    I would be happy to join you in that challenge! It will be tricky to plan ahead since we will be on the road most of next weekend (and in a hotel)... but this will help keep me focused, pack my own snacks and stick to my guns. Thanks for the challenge, Amy!
  • I am in. I too try to stay away from fast food. For the most part I am pretty good about it. We can do this girl!

    no fast food for me either! I think we can do this. I think it will be hard but from what I hear it takes 21 days to break a habit I am on day 2 of no caffeine. and Day 2 of no fast food.

    super sad face about that, but i seriously need a cleanse after the last 5 weeks!
    we CAN do this :)
    i will be staying away from ALL restaurants, not just fast food!

  • WOW! definately a wonderful goal. i will try to back off, but i really want just one papa john pizza! so....i am in, except for ONE day next week!

  • I will join you in this challenge... At least I will try first off, is a salad from macdonalds considered fast food? and what about subway? cause I might be out on this one... But I'll try anthing once! Good Luck!

    I'm in. My habit is to stop for some iced tea or coffee. then while I'm there might as well eat a "small snack". Not this month. I'll stick to my plan and not talk myself into any fast food indulgences.

    THIS IS SUCH A WONDERFUL TURNOUT!!! I AM SO GLAD TO SEE ALL OF YOU JOINING ME IN THIS CHALLENGE!!1 YOU CAN SEND A FRIEND REQUEST TO ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE AND WE WILL HELP SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER!!

    SALAD FROM ANY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IS INCLUDED IN THIS CHALLENGE, ALONG WITH SUBWAY.. SUBWAY IS GREAT FOR CALORIES (FOR THE MOST PART) BUT RIDICULOUS ON THE SODIUM!!!

    I HAVE FAITH WE CAN DO THIS!!!
