25 pounds til 1st goal!

I always forget losing weight is a SLOW progress, but in the end it's totally worth it.
My plan is take a 30 minute walk 5 days a week, maybe an hour for days I can get my husband to come along.
Healthier meals, less snacking, more water/tea, less soda/juices, reducing fast food to once a week and still try to get the healthiest choice on the menu. Oh and most importantly NO LATE NIGHT SNACKING!
