Is anyone doing the 30 day shred that would like to keep giving me some support. My mom and I started it saturday it is our second time around. I did not join the groupbut would still like support from anyone doing it also.

I just started it up (again) today! I did it twice (60 days) over the summer months and really saw a difference. Back to work and busy kid's schedules threw me off, but I hope to complete this again (working out 5 days/week).0

I'm starting day 1 tomorrow but not going to be too hard on myself if I miss a day. When I tried it first time and missed a day or two I thought 'oh well might as well give up'. This time is different. As long as I do 30 days I'll be happy.....even if it takes me 40 days to do it.

30DS is a Jillian Michaels workout DVD. Approx. 20 minutes a workout, 10 days a level, 3 levels, 30 days total. Warning, if you have any knee injuries or problems, this is not for you. There is a lot of jumping. But it's a good workout and usually has great results for people.0 -
I'm going to begin doing it again but monday through friday not everyday for 30days, but thats just me.0

Just completed third day on shred I promise it will get easier the more you do it. I can tell a big difference aroun compared to first time we did it.0

I started it 2 weeks ago, but due to all the holidays and evenings out I stopped last week, and got back into it yesterday. Do I restart my 30 days since I missed a week or can I just continue on the last day I was on??0

I was at Target today and it was on sale for $9, so I bought it. I may start tomorrow or wait until Thursday--kinda excited!0

I say start it now dont wait but that is what I have to do. Im not sure if I would start over if I didnt finish it or just keep on. I only missed one day the first time I did it so I just contined with it. Todayim feeling a little discourged even though I knew to expect it my scale was up this morning after 3 days on shred. I.did the same thing the first go round. Itsok though I know im losing inches.0
