NSV- Silly girly moment

So, this will likely sound silly, but I know some girls out there who will totally get why this was a big NSV!

New Year's Eve I was just hanging out with some friends at home. Well, I was sitting with a friend of mine and mentioned how cold I was. He grabbed his sweatshirt and handed it to me. Now... he's a bigger guy (6' 6"ish and probably 250) but even then... 6 months ago I would have been worried that the shirt wouldn't have fit me, or would have fit me exactly (you know what I mean?) But I put it on and I was SWIMMING in it. So I spent the rest of the evening toasty warm, and of course the sweatshirt had that awesome "good-guy-smell" to it.:happy:

I totally get it!!! Very awesome. There is nothing worse then a guy trying to be chivalrous and then the dang thing doesn't fit. Embarrassing. CONGRATULATIONS!!!! A victory on many levels!!!

It is a great moment! I've had that feeling as well...I mean, what would you do if it didn't fit? Victory!! Congrats!!

I get it!! I had the same kind of moment when my guy gave me his jacket (L) ... the same one I couldn't even attempt to zip up when he bought it. Kinda threw him for a loop too... he was concerned he would never get his jacket back!

I totally get that! I love "stealing" my husbands sweatshirts and wearing them around the house. He is 6'2 and I am 5'4 so I am practically wearing a dress.

ahhh way to go sweetie!! I put on my roomie's tshirt tonight and 3 months ago, it was snug (he wears a size M in men's shirts) and tonight it was all the way down mid thigh! haha love those moments way to go hun!!!!
