Back to MFP for Round 2!

Hey all;
First, happy new year to all. This is my second time back at MFP. Last New Years I was pushing 200lb with a goal weight of 165,.. well I got down to 175 by April, and then basically stopped dead and went back to fast food and no exercise. Now I'm back up to 200.2 pounds, so time to bring it down again, hopefully to stay off. Looking forward to getting back into the swing of things. If anyone is looking for a motivation partner or just someone to chat with, feel free to add me.

Me three - I am again around 200 - afraid to get on the scale so not positive. Any support is appreciated. Support is always great!0
