Looking too lose 10#'s - let the fun begin

Hi All - Happy New Year. Back at it again with a goal to lose 10 pounds. I was very successful last year losing 15, but it came back on over the Holiday festivities. Counting calories worked very well for me, so I'm back at it again. I will be targeting 1500 calories a day and working out 2-3 days a week. I will keep my news feed updated. Ping me if you would like to reach your goals as a team. Support is also key. I wish everyone the best. Be dilagent with counting calories. Count everything. Counting calories is very eye opening. It is amazing how many calories we eat and they do nothing for us. Again, give me a shout and we can work, laugh, and complain together.
