I have had a really nasty head cold with lots of coughing and sneezing for the past couple of days. My voice is really hoarse which makes my throat sore. I really like to start exercising again today but not sure how much for I do not want to make my cold even worse. Any suggestions?

Rest. Exercise actually compromises your immune system temporarily.

Still coughing and whatnot but not letting this cold keep me down.... Just carry a bag of Halls with me..... lol0

I had a really bad cold last month that lasted a week. It's just better to stay home and rest. Plus, I didn't want to go to the gym and get everyone else sick.0
