I have had a really nasty head cold with lots of coughing and sneezing for the past couple of days. My voice is really hoarse which makes my throat sore. I really like to start exercising again today but not sure how much for I do not want to make my cold even worse. Any suggestions?

Rest. Exercise actually compromises your immune system temporarily.

I have had a Upper Respiratory Infection going on 3 weeks, been on Dr. Antibiotics for the past 2 weeks but still hitting the YMCA everyday... I actually feel better after my workouts.... Still coughing and whatnot but not letting this cold keep me down.... Just carry a bag of Halls with me..... lol

I had a really bad cold last month that lasted a week. It's just better to stay home and rest. Plus, I didn't want to go to the gym and get everyone else sick.
