Checking in skinny peoples cabinets

I was at my sister's house this past week and glanced through her fridge and cabinets to see how skinny people manage to eat right. It was glaringly obvious - she did not have junk food in her house. Seems so simple - if you don't want to eat it, don't buy it, right? Most of the food they eat has to actually be made - nothing major but taking something out of the freezer and cooking it - just may be what I need to curb a binge - -that 20 minutes of cooking might just be enough time to bring me back to reality.
I also wonder if skinny people shop at warehouse stores - I couldn't find anything in bulk in my sister's house (except maybe fruit). And while looking around the local BJ's this past weekend, I noticed that more people there were my size - it's like Disneyland for us fatties - giant quanitites of food at cheap prices.
I think I may need to take a page from her playbook and try not to buy unhealthy convenience food this month.

Well I don't fit into the skinny person category, at least not yet. But I kinda disagree on the warehouse clubs, its what you make of it. I buy paper products and fruits and veggies there. Grapes, banana, pineapples, cherries, grapes, spinach, peppers, if we are having people over we'll buy steaks there. I refuse to buy most processed foods there, I don't not need a huge amount of cookies/candy/cereal/bars ect.0

Yeah, I've noticed this too.
Snacking is my downfall so when I have boxes of crackers, granola bars or even cereal I tend to eat eat eat... but when it's down to things that need to be prepared/thawed/etc I've got way more control. I can say no (even if it's simply out of laziness) to making myself food ...if it's not instant gratification apparently I don't want it! embarrassing... 90% of the time it's healthier if I make it, anyhow..
silly human impulses!0
