Frustrated by SLOOW weight loss? READ THIS AND THINK TWICE..

Since Nov 3, when I started tracking it, my body composition monitor says:

Total pound difference: a whopping 2.4 pounds lost (haha - see my history of frustration with ultra slow loss... hence the monitor - from 183.2 to 180.8 - had a low point in weight of 177.8 but with higher fat %)

Total FAT POUNDS difference: 8.17 POUNDS LOST (from 71.6 to 63.5)

Total MUSCLE POUNDS difference: 3.33 POUNDS GAINED (from 49.2 to 52.6)

Total "other" (water, organs) difference: about 2.5 pound increase (fluctuates daily of course)

I usually stick to my meal and exercise plans, which are, respectively, sensible and challenging/frequent enough to make me sore, sweaty and energized. This helps me keep on keeping on - I love feeling great and eating wholesome, calorie-controlled meals, but for instance after the holidays, it's nice to have extra motivation to be back on track. Stick with it, everybody!
