Just done my food shop, being delivered tomorrow. Got a ton of fruit and veg, and a massive butternut squash to make home made soup. Got meats such as chicken breast and pork escalopes (I prefer these to chops as they are thinner) Some weight watchers low calorie bread and desserts and cake slices. Then odd bits and bobs like low fat humous, light philadelphia, celery sticks. Stocked up on tinned veg such as tomatoes, too. And some black pudding because that's not too high in calories.

My New Year resolution was to get my cook books out and make something new at least twice each week - my gorcery list has pork steaks (for pork kiev), chicken breast (for chicken tagine with lemon cous cous) and grated carrot - for carrot cake porridge!! I am using my weight watchers Cook! cookbook because it shows the calories per portion! :flowerforyou:
