Can someone help me out here?

So I'm looking at my overall food stats for the day and I've noticed that I have gone over my fat intake by -11 and protein intake by -29. Is this a really bad thing? Or is it normal to go over on some things? (I'm still within calories) And if it is bad, what are some foods with less protein and fat in, that any of you could recommend?

Being over in protein isn't bad imo. Try not to go over in fat as often though. I can't see what you are eating to offer suggestions so maybe open your diary to public or let us know the kinds of things you are eating. Usually adding more fruits and veggies will help you eat less of the other more fat items.

I will attempt to sort my diary out so that it's public!

Going over on protein is no problem - up to 100g a day shouldn't cause any issues.

The big culprit on your fat intake was the chicken salad - was there a lot of mayonnaise in it?

Today looks just fine in your diary. Just make sure you don't eat that yummy chicken salad everyday as it is high in fat. Every so often will be fine, just try and eat items the rest of the day that are lower in fat.
