Alternate to Ranch Dressing that isn't SWEET!

I love salad but I know the Ranch dressing I use is adding tons of extra calories and fat!
I've tried other dressings (vinaigrette) that are good for you and low in fat and calories but I always end up rejecting them because they all have this sweet aftertaste to them that I really hate. Does anyone know of a healthy dressing that isn't SWEET?

Sugar is added to make low fat dressings more palatable. Try full fat dressings, just use less or thin it out with skim milk or water. You can also make homemade dressings, which are pretty easy. Newmans Own has a great low fat honey mustard dressing. Also, try Trader Joes lowfat ranch- it is quite good.0

I make my own. Try a mixture of red wine, walnut oil and dijon mustard. Or balsamic vinegar with some olive oil. Or lemon juice and black pepper.0
