What's a good strength training workout with these machines?

I have access to a gym closeby which has some limited equipment. I was wondering what sort of a workout I could do with this, to get the max out of what is available
Range of dumbells - from ittybitty ones to much more than I can possibly carry
Bunch of weighted balls - medicine balls, I think they are called? with handles in them
Machne for lat pull down and seated cable row - can also do bicep curls and triceps on this
Leg press
Bench press
Abdominal machine
Swiss ball
Would this be enough for me? From what I've read the latest rage is to do compound exercises like deadlifts, pullups and barbell squats. None of this is possible here.
Would deeply appreciate some advice - perhaps suggestions on how to split my workout over 2-3 days.
