Hello everyone! Totally new to this site and am looking for some serious motivation to finally get myself in shape. I cannot tell you how many things I have tried, only to end up back where I started. Given that some of my family members have hypertension and are on some serious meds, I am going to do everything I can to prevent that from happening to me. I have kicked myself several times for being this heavy. As a registered nurse, I know better. I can say that some of my weight gain has been due to stress, but that is no excuse. I am starting this new year with a new outlook.


P.S. I am looking for my friends to give me that swift kick in the butt when I start slacking, lol!!! :-D
