New & need of nagging :)

Hey Everyone!
This is day 2 on the MFP! My biggest challenge is portion eating (I eat like I was in High School, where I played competitive rugby & soccer) as a grad student I do NOT need all those calories! I LOVE to workout, and I am uploading all my workout routines (I do a crossfit/interval training type of workouts) so everyone can join that as well:) I do need people to yell at me when I am eating four breakfasts a day (no exaggeration, I have a tendency to just eat). I am already finding the writing down what you eat to be a huge eye opener. My goal is to loose weight naturally (I could shed a good 30 pounds) but I tend to be very muscular so it may take awhile, this is the only step missing:)
So if you need someone to bug you about working out (be forewarned, I am a nagger) I am here for ya! In return I ask you to virtually kick my butt if I am getting a little to intimate with chocolate.
