Need to lose weight and get in shape, because I am thinking

I have been considering joining the Navy. I would consider myself a little overweight, but I really struggle with endurance and staying active. Does anyone have any tips on training or getting ready?

    You really just have to decide. When you an say: I WILL. then you will manage. I love walking, jogging, skiing. Anything outside. I also love dancing. Zumba worked really well. But I an't workout inside. It's expensive, and it works just fine outside! Do what you're feeling well with. That takes time without you notizing;]

    GO NAVY!! Great branch to join! Increase your cardio, do push ups. My son talked about his annual physicals and what they expected. I remember running too.
