We cook a lot of Vietnamese, Thai, and some Chinese inspired food at home. It's really pretty easy once you figure out what spices you need to get for a more authentic flavor.
I have a couple posted on my blog. Of course portion control is key as usual, but these are pretty healthy.

Hoisen sauce is amazing, and not to bad for you at all. Yes, there is sodium, but what doesn't have sodium.... If you like shrimp, you can put some on a grill pan - Start cooking one side, and then put this on:
1/2 cup hoisen sauce
1/4 cup orange marmalade (sugar free if you can find it)
Once its done, you can either put them on a salad, or in a pita with bean sprouts, edamame... Whatever you want.
Another thing you can do is put a whole chicken in the slow cooker, and then once its done, shread it, and put it in a bowl. Then, put in some hoisen sauce, some soy sauce, some garlic and green onions for freshness. Eat it on nachos (no cheese!) or on lettuce wraps.0
