Hi all!
I have been on MFP a bit over a month and love it here! I started out doing Leslie Sansone Work at Home DVD's at was doing great at it. I was doing 5-9 miles a day over two workout sessions (early morning before the kiddos get up and during afternoon nap). It seems that I must have pushed myself too hard too fast though and wound up with what the doctors think are stress fractures in both feet. I am waiting for the xrays and was told to take it easy and to stop the walking routine until I heal.
I was really enjoying being so active and want to get into something that wouldn't require the strain on my feet. Definitely no jumping or too much walking on them even. I'm thinking maybe yoga, pilates, core work, upper body strength training? But, it has to be on DVD form that I can pop in and do from the comfort of my living room.
Has anyone done any they would recommend that would fit my current limitations? Thanks!
