Calories burned during Jillian Michaels DVDs

I recently bought 3 DVDs...6-week six-pack, killer buns & thighs, and no more trouble zones.

I was wondering, how many calories are burned during each one so I can enter them into my exercise tracker. I sent and email through her site to find out, but wasn't sure if anyone here knew.
