I typically drink 2-3 cups of hot tea a day. I gave up coffee and this was the substitute. Can I count this toward my water intake?

what kind of Tea is it?
i dont think you can if its normal every day tea, i drink herbal tea, i think maybe you can include that, but i drink my 8 cups of water a day too

Yes if the tea is decaffinated. If it has caffine in it then you need to add an additional cup of water for every cup of tea you have.0

thanks...I rotate between herbal and reg....so I will probably not count it just in case...thanks for the help0
