I stayed up until around 2:30 in the morning last "night" and woke up around 12:30 this afternoon. I ate breakfast, but if I plan on going to bed at normal time (10 or 11) then should I eat just two meals because I'm awake less time? I ate breakfast at 2:30

  • I would prob skip lunch then take it as an opportunity to eat a higher calorie dinner

Due to my 13 month old and work I am often up till 3-4 and wake up at about 11 (hubby lets me sleep). I just have 2 main meals and extra healthy snacks

Meals are meals. Eat them randomly whenever you are hungry. Don't worry about being close to another, if you eat when you are hungry, your body will set its own schedule.

This is what I do as well. I don't get off of work until 3am, so I usually go to bed around 4 or 5am and get up at 10 or 11am, thanks to my dogs, haha. I eat 2 main meals and snacks high in protein.
