I have one and its great - the best investment I have made fitness wise.

I found lots of information on the internet (search 'rebounder') and my trainer also recommends them. There are classes now called urban rebounding in my area, and there are lots of dvds available.

I find that it enables me to do just about any exercise without the impact. I have even used it as part of the 30 day shred for intense exercises like jumping jacks. It might not give quite the same calorie burn, but as I use a heart rate monitor I don;t mind.

thinking of buying and wondering if it is worth it? My knees are occ bad...this seems to have less impact.

Add this to the pile of great things I've learned on MFP. It never would have occurred to me to get one of these. I was just talking to my husband about what I can do because there's a lot of snow on the ground and I need something low-impact. I was dreading the treadmill at work because the gym is always ridiculously crowded in January.
I just ordered one for my basement. PERFECT solution for me. I have arthritic knees and patellar tendonitis. PLUS an old fracture in my ankle. I still run without pain, but this will be even lower impact.

I am thrilled. Thanks for bringing this up, November.

I have always wanted one of these. Thinking maybe it will be my next fitness item. Not sure if my 7 year old will be good about its "proper" use, though...
