21yrs old, 5'10", 183

Hey I am a 21 year old senior in college. My heaviest 2 years ago I was 226 pounds. I am at 183 now and would like to get down to 160. I think. I am an avid athlete and work out 4-5 times a week. I haven't seen any weight come off in about a year and decided to start something new. Hopefully this site will help me manage everything from my weight, to food intake, to self esteem. Good luck to everyone else out there to.

Also any advice on what people think my ideal weight should be would be great too.
