Hi! My name is Rachel and im from Essex. Ive been encouraged to join here by a friend. i had a baby just under 6 months ago and to be honest since then, and throughout my pregnancy, i have been a bit of a pig. I have now got about 2 1/2 stone to lose to get to my ultimate bikini weight. My sister is getting married abroad at the end of July and i want to feel confident in a bikini, as well as look good in my clothes and just feel healthier. Ive joined a gym and stocked the fridge with healthy food, so im good to go.
