Hello all

I am a BIG fan of MS. DASH Table Blend I love it. its great on almost anything especially salad but that's the only thing from her I like. I eat pretty much the same foods like salmon, chicken, whiting, veggies but I'm tired of them tasting the same. So I was wondering if you guys had seasonings that you use and in what combinations to bring out different flavors

Does anyone have something for Broccoli

I would also like a home made dressing too that healthy and light.

Personally I like a lot of Tastefully Simple seasonings. BUT, if you want something you can buy at the store here's what I recommend:

    Lemon Pepper
    Good old Lemon Juice
    garlic w/shallots and olive oil

Here's a few recipes I found that might fit the bill:

I kind of go by country when I season my food:
ITALIAN : garlic, olive oil, basil, oregano , paprika,
Chinese : I use garlic, soy sauce, ginger, orange peel....
    Indian: curry , turmeric,honey
on fish I use lemon pepper and butter flavor or olive oil
Chicken thyme sage or some of the spice blends for poultry
Not everyone likes everything , just try out a few different ones and see what you like

    Weight Watchers Caesar Dressing

    1/4 C grated Parmesan cheee
1/4 C fat free mayonnaise (I use light Miracle Whip)
    1/4 C water
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste (I skip this as I dislike anchovies)
    1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
    1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
    2 garlic cloves minced

Combine ingredients in a small bowl and stir well with a whisk. Yields 4 servings.

I really love smoked paprika. It adds a lot to your dishes. Tastes great on roasted meats, potatoes, gosh I almost use it in everything.

I LOVE Melting Pot's Wine & Garlic sprinkle seasoning and Pampered Chef has a TON of awesome seasonings. I also think just freshly cracked black pepper and sea salt are awesome!
