Hello all.
I am new to this forum, however, an old hand at the weight loss game.
Tried and succeeded, but fell back into bad habits and am looking to lose the weight I gained.

Hi all....almost the big "5-0". I want to lose 30 lbs by family reunion in July! . I quit smoking this past April....so I feel positive about having the willpower...although I recently ruptured a disc in my back...making exercises difficult. But I'm determined to do this....walking, biking, weight lifting. Any ideas or suggestions?0
