Hope this isn't "advertising", but I wanted to share this website I found. It's not about weight loss, but is a program for meal planning.
I have a family of 6 and the hardest most stressful part of meals is the "what". I'm the only one in my home dieting, but the meals seem to fit well with what I'm doing here on MFP. The website will send you weekly meal plans with an attached shopping list for your store of choice. For 3 months I'm trying it out, $7/month.
I do not gain anything from this, so this post shouldn't be breaking advertising rules. I thought I'd share the info in case it would make someone else's life a bit easier too.
