Really excited!

I've been working on a diet since the beginning of this year...but always seem to go good for the first few days, but never make it past that. I just want to get in shape and stay in shape..I have about 10 pounds I would like to lose..hopefully this website gives me the motivation and keeps me motivated to do so. I've been reading some posts and it seems that everyone here is very motivational and tries to keep others on track! I'm excited! :smile:

    Welcome to MFP!!! The first thing you have to tell yourself is that you are not on a diet. You have to consider this a lifestyle change for life. It's hard to get past the "diet" mentality..I still have issues with it myself but I'm getting there. Again, welcome to MFP & best wishes to you on your journey to a healthier you.
