Hello everyone! I am here because I know that in order to be successful that I need to keep tabs of what I am eating and how much exercise I am doing. This has been a life long struggle for me, but I want to finally overcome this battle I have with my weight! I want to start living my life like the person I know I am......and not hiding because I am ashamed of my size.
I currently weigh 245 and my goal is to weigh 175. I need to make a lot of changes. I am hoping to find support and encouragement from some of you who are in the same boat as I am!

So I have been surfing this site and reading message boards for the last couple of days and I am so excited that I found this site!! I think it is just what I needed! I haven't been under 200 since I was in high school......and I know that this is my year! So my first goal that I am setting for myself is to be at 225 by April 1! I know 20 pounds sounds like a lot.....but I think that I can do it! My big motivation is that I am going to Orlando with my family on April 9th!! So I am going to do this by staying within my calorie limit and getting my but to the gym 5 days a week!
