Hi everyone,

I'm new here, but all of the advice I've seen has been great! I'm looking for some suggestions to stop "grazing" later at night...it's my biggest problem! I can stay on track all day but then start eating before bed. Any suggestions?

Thanks!
Lauren

Hi Lauren I have the same problem and have just eaten a handful of chocolates leftover from Christmas! One thing I do is have less for breakfast, like just a piece of fruit and then save my breakfast calories for the evening snack attack. Or perhaps cut down on your lunch, say by having one less slice of bread for example. Or keep yourself busy in the evenings. Ive also taken up knitting to keep my hands busy so I wont be reaching for late night food! Good luck!

Cut up a variety of veggies and keep them in the fridge. These are great to snack on because they fill you up but minimal calories.

I work out at night... and drink TONS of water while I do it. Problem for me was solved :) My husband is a late night snacker and can get away with it so it made it hard for me. After I started working out at night it helped me continue to burn calories while I sleep too. They say to do it in the morning but not everyone can do that.
