Does anyone else carry over unused calories? I was thinking I would but I don't eat my workout calories so left over is from my daily amount and I figured I'd have a 2 day expiry on unused calories. I wasn't so hungry yesterday but I'm super hungry now.

Yes, by all means, carry them over, and USE them.

I find it works best for me to reconcile all calories within 24-48 hours. Sometimes, if I am planning a tough event, I will eat extra calories in advance, to make sure I have the energy to complete the event, then I deduct those off on the day I burn them. Sometimes if I have a big work out I can't eat them all on that day, but I may eat them the next day as a rest/refuel day.

If you are a very active person and/or close to your goal, I would reconsider your current plan of not eating exercise calories. It will sabotage you in the long run bc your metabolism will slow and then on the occasion when you do eat extra (perhaps not even over alloted calories), you will gain.

Here's an eye-opening article about staying obese while only eating 700 calories a day. You may not be obese, and you may not be eating 700 calories a day, however, I promise you it is worth your while to read this:

I eat over 1400 calories and don't exercise a whole lot. Otherwise I would consider eating SOME of the exercise calories. I try to listen to what my body tells me
