Just for an update.
I came off the meds I was on that made me feel like crap. I have decided to do 1300 calories and 40 min workouts 5 times a week.
How does this sound to you guys.
I did the 1500+ calories and went up half a pound so it didn't work.

When i started i did about 1,200 - 1,400 cal a day... I was lossing weight and now... Im gaining
so i think im gonna just do 1,200 or less.
I think you'll lose weight b4 you know0 -
I'm no expert so i certainly won't go there, but I did want to say that I'm happy you're off meds that made you feel poorly, plus your kids are BEAUTIFUL and you sound motivated, so the rest will work itself out with the support of all these great folks here.:flowerforyou:0
